Client responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information, timely feedback and access to the accounts and assets needed to do the work.
Fees and payment
Fees are as quoted in your proposal or invoice. Payments are due by the date stated; late payments may pause work. Ad spend paid to platforms is separate from our fees.
Intellectual property
Once full payment is received, you own the final deliverables created for you. We may keep our tools, templates and methods, and may show non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise.
Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver the services.
No guarantee of results
Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, such as platform changes, competition and budget. We work hard for results but cannot guarantee specific rankings, sales or returns.
Third-party platforms
Services may rely on platforms such as Google and Meta. Their rules and policy changes are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement with written notice as agreed in the proposal. Fees for work already done remain payable.
